Consistent, dependable supply is critical to our ability to provide reliable, high quality products. We have worked with the same partner farms for almost two decades and we know we can count on them for the best production practices.

Our pigs are not pressured to grow and yield heavy muscled carcasses. Instead we rely on the best genetics and feeding practices to deliver pork that is flavorful and juicy.
