Our family farms practice sustainable agriculture. This means they use an integrated system of plant and animal production practices having a site-specific application that will, over the long term:
• Enhance environmental quality and the natural resource base upon which the agricultural economy depends.
• Make the most efficient use of nonrenewable resources and on-farm resources and integrate, where appropriate, natural biological cycles and controls.
• Satisfy human food and fiber needs.
• Sustain the economic viability of farm operations.
• Enhance the quality of life for farmers and society as a whole.

Our family farmers are producing the ultimate natural pork in the world using environmentally friendly, sustainable production and management techniques.
• Our program provides consistent premiums, incorporated into our pricing matrix, which are shared by everyone involved, from our genetic team through the production, processing and marketing of our products.
• Working together we have created a program that sets the industry standard for pork quality and wholesomeness. Our Association creates long-term sustainability and competitiveness for our producing families, ensuring a bright future for all of our families in this generation and generations to come.
